“Phare provides a nice and clean UI, actually the best that I have seen for a monitoring tool so far. But you got many more features, like a status page with custom domain, own alert rules and alerting from different regions.”

You could not find the answer to your question? Ask support.
Phare handles incident creation automatically the second one of your monitors detects downtime, or any specific issue you configured. But you can also create incidents manually to inform your users about things that can’t be measured by monitors.
Incident AI (powered by Mistral AI) reads through the incident event timeline and automatically generates readable summaries and post-mortems for your team and stakeholders. This is kept to one or two lines of text to give you a quick and sharp insight into what's going on.
The incident timeline allows team members to leave comments, share updates, and coordinate efforts directly within the dashboard. You can of course do it all in Slack if that's your preference.
If your database crashes and takes down five websites, you don't want five separate alerts. Phare intelligently merges them into a single incident to prevent alert fatigue and keep your timeline organized.
You can post incident updates directly from the management interface to your public or private status pages to keep your customers informed during incidents.
Use every feature for free. Invite your whole squad. No credit card, no surprise charges, no clingy follow-up emails if you leave. Phare is a genuinely great platform, thoughtfully built with a lot of love.
