Frequently asked questions

You could not find the answer to your question? Ask support.

Who qualifies for Phare for good?

Phare for good is open to registered nonprofit organizations, active open-source projects, and initiatives with a documented social impact. If your project makes the world a little better and you're not sure if you qualify, just ask.

What does the program actually include?

You get access to all Phare features, with enough quotas to cover your organization's size and needs. SMS alerts are usually not offered as part of the Phare-for-good program to keep costs sustainable, but can be provided in some cases.

Do I need a Phare account to apply?

It's not required upfront, but creating one is a good way to explore whether Phare fits your workflow beforehand. You'll need an account to receive the benefits anyway, and if you do not like the service, you can delete your account in a few clicks.

How do I apply?

Send an email to support@phare.io with a short description of your organization or project and any relevant links (website, GitHub repo, charity registration, etc.). Applications are usually reviewed on the same day, and if you have an existing Phare account it will be upgraded directly.

Is the program renewable?

As long as Phare is running, and your organization or project continues to meet the program criteria.

Set up in 2 minutes,
never look back.

Use every feature for free. Invite your whole squad. No credit card, no surprise charges, no clingy follow-up emails if you leave. Phare is a genuinely great platform, thoughtfully built with a lot of love.
